New store for a new format!
Bouillon Service is starting its revolution in Pigalle. An in-house baker; an extensive menu including breakfast and snacks; extended opening hours; highlighting our regions, particularly Auvergne…: the takeaway offerings from Bouillon Pigalle and République are making their mark. The brand is now writing its own story…
Boulevard de Clichy, just two doors down from the in-house XXL table!
A gleaming self-service area now echoes it, featuring its white tiles, oak trim, tomato red tones, and terrazzo.
This includes, in the basement, 90 square meters of bakery space, and on the ground floor, 20 linear meters of cold, temperate, or hot display cases showcasing, with constant restocking:
- Salted butter ficelles, plain (€0.80), with cocoa or jam (€1); pain au chocolat (€1); croissants (€1);
- Tradition baguette sandwiches, filled with the finest regional products, such as ham, butter, and Cantal cheese (€6); warm, slightly brioche buns with chicken “Caesar” style (€6), or hot, with confit duck, fresh cheese sauce, wild garlic pesto, and sautéed potatoes (€8);
- Bouillon signature dishes, from the world champion egg mayonnaise (€2.70) to macaroni with ham and summer truffle (€9.50), not forgetting the classic knife-cut sausage with mashed potatoes (€8.80).
- And the sweets? They follow, or even lead the way! Next to chocolate mousse (€3.50), strawberry and hibiscus soup (€3.20), or vanilla rice pudding (€1.90), you’ll find lemon cakes (€2.20) or chocolate cakes “like a brownie” (€3.40).
