- Salted butter ficelles, plain (€0.80), with cocoa or jam (€1); pain au chocolat (€1); croissants (€1);
- Tradition baguette sandwiches, filled with the finest regional products, such as ham, butter, and Cantal cheese (€6); warm, slightly brioche buns with chicken “Caesar” style (€6), or hot, with confit duck, fresh cheese sauce, wild garlic pesto, and sautéed potatoes (€8);
- Bouillon signature dishes, from the world champion egg mayonnaise (€2.70) to macaroni with ham and summer truffle (€9.50), not forgetting the classic knife-cut sausage with mashed potatoes (€8.80).
- And the sweets? They follow, or even lead the way! Next to chocolate mousse (€3.50), strawberry and hibiscus soup (€3.20), or vanilla rice pudding (€1.90), you’ll find lemon cakes (€2.20) or chocolate cakes “like a brownie” (€3.40), before the ice creams arrive…
